Contigo Matterhorn 32 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle
I love this water bottle! I have had it for around five years. It’s pretty beat up with dents, chips, and scratches but still very functional. It keeps water cold, is easy to clean, and I love that the lid is connected and doesn’t get in the way when drinking. If Wifey didn’t get me this new Yeti, I would have happily continued to use it or replace this with another one of the same.

Yeti Rambler 36 oz / 1L Water Bottle With Chug Cap – Review
First impressions
The first thing I can say is this new Yeti Rambler Water Bottle feels high-end. Unlike cheaper water bottles where it feels like the cap is an afterthought. The Yeti Chug Cap feels like it was a priority. That said, the cap is not connected, but it shouldn’t be too much of a problem as the cap is big and hopefully won’t get lost easily. More about the Chug Cap next.
Yeti Duracoat
The SHARPTAIL TAUPE colorway looks amazing in the tough Yeti Duracoat powder-coated finish. I love the durability of powder coating and feel confident it will stay looking great for years to come.
The Chug Cap
The Yeti Rambler Chug Cap is great and from what I understand a newer item. The name is fitting as I couldn’t imagine chugging from a Rambler without one. All parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Made from durable hard plastic, I can see this lasting a long time.
Things I Like:
- The big loop in the top cap makes it easy to carry as well as easy clipping with a carabiner.
- The Chug cap is easy to remove, giving a large opening for easy filling. Lots of space for adding ice.
- The Chug Cap Assembly is replaceable. If it breaks or wears out you don’t have to toss the bottle.
Things I Don’t Like:
- No rubber bottom. Not a deal-breaker, just a feature I like on my Coleman Growlers.
