The Webasto Chinese Parking Heater Copy
The Drivworld 2kw 12V 24V Gasoline Air Parking Heater sells for $462.00 on Amazon (this includes a simple rotary controller). Less than half the price of the genuine option.
This Webasto Chinese Copy shipped to me with the following components. (There is minimal information as to what parts this heater ships with and obviously I cannot guarantee yours will ship with the same.
- Drivworld 2kw 12V Gasoline Air Parking Heater
- Electrical harnesses and basic rotary selector switch.
- Stainless steel exhaust pipe
- Combustion Intake pipe
- Supply air duct
- Plastic fuel pipe, rubber connecting pipe and fuel filter.
- Fuel metering pump
- Return air grill/ Fan end grill
- 10l Fuel Tank
- Fuel Tank Standpipe
- Mounting plate.
- Assorted clamps and straps
- Detailed instruction and installation manual.
I was impressed to see all the included accessories to help with installation. It seems the kit includes everything required to complete a basic install in your conversion van.
I wasn’t expecting a fuel tank and don’t actually need it for the van install but it could be handy if I build a portable heater in the future.
The rotary controller is very basic. There is a digital LCD available if wanted. I think I may purchase this option later when I order the exhaust muffler and intake silencer.

Hello Micheal,
Have you checked your supply voltage? If your wiring is undersized or too long, a voltage drop could be causing an issue.
